Mike has been a Sales leader and VP of Sales for iconic technology companies like EMC, Hitachi Vantara, and Model9 (acquired by BMC) for 25+ years. His passion and expertise are in building global Sales organizations with a Go-To-Market focus for today's emerging technology SaaS solutions.

Mike is actively involved in Search Execution at The Loring Group for our Sales leadership roles, ensuring we deliver the very best candidates available to our clients on every search. He also leverages his professional network for Candidate Sourcing with our non-executive Team Building assignments for Technology companies in hyper-growth.

Mike's success and consistency in performance come from cultivating a winning culture, focusing on alignment and collaboration across highly matrixed environments, establishing pace and expectations, and being relentless about providing value for our customers.

He earned his BA in Economics from California State University-Sacramento and participated in the International Business and Leadership program at The Wharton School.
