Rich brings 20 years of executive search and consulting expertise to his client organizations and 15 years of hands-on experience as a Banker for Financial Services companies. 

He has performed hundreds of searches at the executive and senior management levels, advocated for Commercial and Private Banks, and supports Consumer Products and Financial Services companies today.

Before The Loring Group, Rich worked for Stanton Chase, a global top ten executive search firm, was an Equity Partner with Boyden International, and a Principal with Korn Ferry.  He was also a Private Banker with Chase Manhattan and a Security Analyst with the NAIC and Moody's Investors Service and earned an Economics degree from Rutgers University.

Rich supports non-profit organizations in the San Francisco community and is an Eagle Scout and leader in the Boy Scouts of America.
