Virendra has been a CTO and COO for B2B and B2C Software companies like Yahoo, Salesforce, and Life 360 for 25+ years. His expertise in product development, scaling operations, finance, and M&A has led to numerous successful exits. 

Virendra is actively involved in Search Execution at The Loring Group for our Engineering leadership roles, ensuring we deliver the very best candidates available to our clients on every search. He also leverages his professional network for Candidate Sourcing with VP and C-level executive search assignments for SaaS companies.

He is an active angel investor and board member, giving him greater insight into the market dynamics of his clients. In addition to executive search, Virendra provides leadership coaching for various levels and roles, focusing primarily on Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services.

He earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Pune University and his MS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
